SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
All shipping options are in NZ dollar and include postage and packaging. While we do our best to dispatch orders the following day of payment it isn’t always possible. Please allow up to 3 working days for us to package and post your order. If it is urgent then please contact us and we will see what we can do. We do not ship until money has cleared in our account no exceptions!!

NZ ORDERS:
Flat rate Metro shipping charge $6.00
Flat rate Rural shipping charge $10.00

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:
Shipping is now quoted. Postage has gone up so we can no longer offer a flat rate shipping to Australia. Your shipping invoice will be sent separate once you have ordered.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Yes we ship internationally, if you experience problems with ordering please email us your order and we will send you a invoice via paypal including shipping. If you would like a shipping estimate prior to placing a order please contact us with the items you would like and we will get back to you with a cost. We will be updating postage options for overseas customers but at this stage we are only able to invoice it separate or send a new total for your order including postage.

Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on your country. Most countries take around 14 days.
US and Canada 7-10days (we are finding its more around 14days)

PAYMENTS:
Payments can be made directly to our bank account or by credit card or cash on pick up.

LAYBY:
Layby is available a 20% deposit of your total order is required. We ask that you make regular payments weekly or fortnight to our account at amounts you can afford. We also ask that you complete payments within 6 weeks. All payments are non refundable. If for some reason you can not complete full payment of your order we will shipped products to the value you have paid (including shipping costs). Please do contact us if you have trouble with the payments and discuss with us we don’t bite!! we are happy to discuss with you.

BANK CLEARANCE TIMES:
Payments made Monday through Friday usually clear over night. Payments made over the weekend don’t clear until Tuesday.

RETURN POLICY:
Feminine hygiene products these are our menstrual pads and Lunette cups. Due to the personal nature of these products we can only accept returns on faulty products. We do our best to describe each item as accurately as possible and offer advice for each items suitability. Please read the FAQ’s section for more information on our pads so you can accurately choose and the info section under Lunette cups or contact us to discuss your needs. For faulty or damaged feminine products please contact us immediately upon receiving your items

For other products on our site please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged or faulty, a full replacement will be sent and customers expense for return postage will be covered.

If you find the item isn’t what you want you can return to us for a replacement or store credit to the value of your products only postage is not refunded.
